Description
A Clutch Plate is a part of the Power Takeoff Clutch that is used to engage or disengage from the engine. This allows the power from the engine to be transmitted to the power takeoff drive. When the clutch is engaged with the drive ring, the clutch plate is squeezed between the friction discs, creating a direct mechanical linkage. Attributes: • Withstands the vibrations and forces that are generated during operation • Provided with high strength and wear resistance Applications: A Clutch Plate is used in the Clutch Housing of the Power Takeoff Clutch to transfer the torque or rotational motion along with the help of disc plates in the power takeoff drive.
