An Oil Pump Gear is a component within an internal combustion engine's lubrication. As the engine's crankshaft turns, it drives the shaft to which the oil pump gear is attached. The gear's teeth mesh with a complementary gear inside the oil pump housing. As the gear rotates, it creates areas of low pressure within the pump housing, causing oil to be drawn in from the oil pan through a suction tube. Attributes: • Withstand the pressures and demands of oil circulation. • Prevent oil leakage and maintain proper pressure. • Reduces gear noise and vibrations during operation. • 28-Teeth for external involute spline. • Surface hardness is HR30N 73min. Applications: An Oil Pump Gear is used for teeth mesh and rotation, they push the oil into high-pressure areas within the oil pump housing.
